How your book is made

Our Printed Hard Cover Binding is Library Quality and Heirloom Quality.

When we prepare your order, your document is stitched with archival Endsheets to make the book block. Chequered Headbands are also applied as shown.

Meanwhile, the cover is printed in full color with your design and laminated. The laminated print is then used to make your cover instead of fabric.

Finally, the book block is permanently attached to the cover with the Endsheets.

You can print anything you want on the cover including full color designs, photographs, or emblem–at no extra charge. It’s perfect for theses, dissertations, genealogies, yearbooks, photo books, textbooks and more. To make your Printed Hardcover, we simply take your approved design*, print it on our high-quality digital printers, and laminate the print, then use it to make the cover instead of fabric.Printed Hard Cover Binding features:

  • Personalized cover design–including full color designs, photographs, or emblem
  • Cover print is protected with Lamination
  • Pages stitched and trimmed
